Your personal space is important to us. Everyone needs a private area to call their own, to lay their head down at night, and to enjoy peaceful and memorable moments with family and friends. Each resident at Magnolia Place is offered a spacious, ADA accessible private room and bath featuring a sleeping area, living area, and plenty of closet space. All our private living quarters are 392.35 square feet. We encourage our residents to make their space their own, knowing everyone has their own taste and style! Our main goal is to make you feel at home by providing the utmost level of comfort and privacy. Our rooms are large enough to accommodate married couples, siblings, or friends that want to share cost. Privacy is wonderful and much needed, but socialization and personal assistance are just steps away from your room. We love being on call for our residents for whatever they need- it’s why we’re here! At Magnolia Place, you don’t have to do it alone.

Compared to any assisted living facility in the area, our amenities are unmatched. Simply put, Magnolia Place has got it going on! Enjoy our spacious and tastefully furnished common areas, bird atrium, social living rooms with fireplaces, reading nooks, and plenty of games, puzzles and books. You won’t have to travel far to look and feel your best with our in-house salon services. We even have a private spa room for you to unwind and relax!
Wellness
Your health and safety are our number one priority at Magnolia Place. We understand that keeping up with pills, blood sugar, blood pressure, and other vital necessities in life can be overwhelming. As a resident, we take that responsibility from you and make it our own so you can be free from stress and worry. We will even provide medical observation, care, and therapies within the facility to prevent frequent trips to the doctor. Your daily schedule is completely up to you – we just check on you regularly to make sure you’re doing okay! Our onsite professional services include a nurse, nurse practitioner, pharmacy services, podiatry, psychological consults, dietitian, mobile Xray services, lab work and more. All of our amenities help reduce outside trips for needed medical care.
Companionship
Privacy is nice, but so is companionship. We offer plenty of opportunities for Magnolia Place residents to socialize and have a good time. From Bingo to Bible study, our team works to facilitate inclusive activities and entertainment for all to enjoy. Family and friends are always welcome visitors, and you’re always free to leave the property for your own leisure – we’ll welcome you back with a smile upon your return!

At Magnolia Place, independence is key, but so is help when you need it. You can count on any of our amazing staff to provide personalized and professional assistance when you need it, 24 hours a day. We want to ensure that you are able to preserve your lifestyle and daily routine with help and genuine care for your continued well-being. Of course, your personal space and autonomy is completely important to us. We are just here to make life easier, safer, and take the unneeded stress off your shoulders.
Meals
Enjoy your coffee and morning paper in our spacious dining room, filled with natural light and delicious food. Good nutrition is important, so we ensure that your meals are specifically tailored to your taste and needs under the direction of a licensed dietitian. Our in-house chef also knows that sometimes we just want some “good eating” – and don’t worry, we have plenty of that too! There’s nothing like pleasant table talk with friends over a piece of our tasty homemade coconut pie…or any of our delicious desserts!
